MaidSafe is essentially a deep technology company. The majority of our team are deep technical thinkers. But this doesn’t mean you have to be fluent in C++. What is of the utmost importance to us is that you are fluent in the ability to communicate ideas and solutions, whether you are an engineer or an accountant.

As much as possible we operate a flat structure. There is a board, but there are no “bosses”. Your progress and successes will be measured by the team and we expect you, as part of the team, to measure our progress and successes.
